Davis was on the stand at the Dunphy Inquiry #nlpoli

Former Premier Paul Davis was on the stand at the Dunphy Inquiry.

Davis said that looking back on the incident perhaps he shouldn't have Constable Smyth.

Davis said he was concerned Smyth's well being.

Smyth was an officer on the Premier's Protective Security Unit who shot and killed Dunphy back in 2015.
