As Climate Change Worsens, London and Barcelona Will Share Similar Climate

A new climate change study says that by the year 2050, London, U.K. will be as warm as Barcelona, Spain.

That is not good news because along withe warmer climate comes a risk of drought.

In London, the warmest month, typically July, will see an average temperature rise of 5.9 degrees.

London is not alone in that threat. There are hundreds of cities around the world that will see severe droughts, severe storms, and rising oceans as climate change worsens.

The study was conducted by Crowther Lab at ETH Zurich university.
