Protester Arrested After Throwing Egg at Trudeau #elxn43

A the climate rally in Montreal a protester was arrested after throwing an egg at Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau.

After throwing the egg, which missed Trudeau, the protester was quickly subdued by the Prime Ministers security detail.

At the time of the incident, Trudeau was with his family.

Earlier in the day, Trudeau was confronted by another protester at a rally. The protester yelled and called Trudeau a “climate criminal” before he was removed by the RCMP.

Trudeau also announced that if re-elected, his party plans to plant 2 billion trees over a decade to help combat climate change.
