Trump "Healthy" Despite Unplanned Medical Visit

U.S. President Donald Trump was taken to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for an unscheduled visit on Saturday.

In a statement, the White House said, that Trump, 73, made the visit on Saturday as opposed to Sunday to his annual check-up because he had some "downtime" on Saturday.

The White House said the president is healthy.

Trump was said to have met with the family of a wounded soldier and wish employees at the Bethesda, Maryland facility a happy early Thanksgiving.
