Scarborough School on Lockdown after Gunshots

Cedarbrae Collegiate Institute in Scarborough, ON was placed on lockdown after reports of several gunshots at the rear of the building.

Bullet hols were found in a car and shell casings in the area.

There were no reports of any injuries.

Police are searching for a suspect described as a black male, 18-20 yrs old, 5'10"-6'0" tall, slim build, wearing a black winter toque and red sweatshirt.

As a result of this police investigation, the following schools are in Hold & Secure:

• Willow Park JPS

• Cedarbrook PS

• Tecumseh SPS

• Scarborough Village PS

• Cedar Drive JPS

• Golf Road JPS
