A stormy Valentine's Day for Newfoundland and Labrador #nlwx

Snow is expected this morning along the west coast and central Newfoundland with a general 5 to 10 cm expected with strong winds. On the Burin and Avalon Peninsula snow will change to ice pellets and drizzle in some areas. Highs from minus 3 to plus 3 are expected.

Light snow is expected across Labrador. Highs will range from minus 13 to minus 20.
