Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Canadians will not attend the Olympics in Tokyo this year.

Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Committees are calling for the games to be postponed for one year.

The games are set to begin on July 24th.

The Olympic Committee said that they have no plans to postpone the games.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said a postponement of the Tokyo Olympics would be unavoidable.
