Downtown Pedestrian Mall opens June 30

The St. John's Downtown Pedestrian Mall opens on Thursday, June 30, from noon to 10 p.m. daily.

This year the mall will be on Water Street from Adelaide Street to Prescott Street, and George Street from Adelaide Street to Water Street.

Sections of the road will be closed during mall hours.

There is a selection of free and paid parking in the downtown area. MetroBus and GoBus will also serve the area.

The Pedestrian Mall will close for the season on September 5.
