Eastern Health opens registration for two new collaborative team clinics

Residents in the Eastern Health region who do not have a primary care provider can now register to be placed on a list for the two new Collaborative Team Clinics opening in the St. John’s region next year.

Residents can register through Patient Connect NL or by telephone at 1-833-913-4679.

The new clinics will connect residents with the right provider at the right time and the right place, based on their health and social needs.

The Collaborative Team Clinics will serve people on a first-come, first-serve basis.
