Explosion at Canada/U.S. border

UPDATE: New York Governor Kathy Hochul said there was no evidence to suggest the incident was terror-related.
EARLIER STORY: There has been an explosion at the Rainbow Bridge between Canada and the United States near Niagara Falls.
A vehicle operating in the area exploded on the American side of the border as it approached Canada. The two people in the car are dead. A U.S. border agent was also injured.
The FBI is investigating.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said during Question Period that security at border crossings is being increased. Trudeau made a brief statement before leaving the House of Commons to get more updates on the situation.
Four border crossings have been closed.
