House of Assembly for Extraordinary Sitting Today

The Government advised the Speaker on December 17, that the public interest requires the House of Assembly to meet on an extraordinary basis in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding between Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro and Hydro-Québec.

Members that the House of Assembly will reconvene today at 10:00 a.m.

Proceedings will be broadcast live via the House of Assembly television channel and streamed via the House of Assembly website and social media channels. Additionally, the public galleries will be open throughout the sitting.
