House of Commons to Sit Today

The House of Commons will meet today for the consideration of measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Speaker Anthony Rota says that the House will meet at noon for the consideration of measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This will be an in-person sitting.

Finance Minister Bill Morneau has proposed changes to the federal emergency wage subsidy that would see the program extended until the end of the year.
