Man arrested after threatening individuals in Corner Brook

A 33-year-old male was arrested on Thursday afternoon after uttering threats in Corner Brook.

The RNC was called to a residence in the east end of the city following a report that a man was threatening individuals.

Police took the man into custody without incident. The man was charged with two counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm as well as two counts of failing to comply with a release order.

The accused was held and will appear in court today.
