One person is in custody after a weapons offence on Watson Street in St. John's last night.


Police received the call at 9:22 p.m. Numerous police resources were dispatched.


Upon Police arrival, an injured person was located and transported to hospital via ambulance. Officers conducted a search of the area and identified a person of interest, who was taken into custody.


The RNC does not believe there is any further risk to the public.
