PayByPhone on Water Street

The PayByPhone in St. John's has been expanded to Water Street from Adelaide Street to Cochrane Street. Signage is being posted throughout the area.

Enforcement for PayByPhone parking on Water Street will begin on Monday.

Throughout the downtown core, all on-street parking is enforced using a combination of PayByPhone, pay stations, and Timed Parking Areas.

The expansion of PayByPhone to Water Street is an interim measure, anticipated to be in place until pay stations can be added to the area.

Payment is not required for parking after 6:00 pm on weekdays or on weekends.
