Stormy day ahead for Newfoundland

We're looking at a stormy couple of days for Newfoundland. Rain will begin this afternoon from west to east and continue through Thursday.

The west coast and the south coast will see the heaviest rain today and the wind will pick up through this evening.

Rainfall amounts of 60 to 100 mm is expected in the southeast and 40 to 80 mm elsewhere, with higher amounts possible.
