TCH near Gull Pond closed due to serious collision

UPDATE: One lane has been reopened and traffic is moving slowly.

EARLIER STORY: The Trans-Canada Highway near Gull Pond Road, approximately 39 kilometres west of Badger is currently closed due to what the RCMP is describing as a motor vehicle collision.

The road is impassable and it is expected to remain impassable for the next several hours.
