Ukraine attacks Russian tanker

Ukrainian drones hit a Russian tanker in the Black Sea on Friday. Russia has promised retaliation for what it calls a "terrorist attack".

The attack was the second Ukrainian drone attack in one day. Earlier on Friday a drone struck a major Russian port.

Late in July, Russia withdrew from an export agreement that allowed Ukraine to ship grain across the Black Sea.

After withdrawing from the agreement, Russia carried out several attacks on the port city of Odesa.

Ukraine has claimed responsibility for the attacks on Russian targets.
