Unsettled and cold weekend ahead

If you are heading out today the best time will be this morning. The temperatures on the map above are high temperatures but as the day progresses, most of Newfoundland will see temperatures drop as opposed to rise.

At the same time, most of the province continues to see unsettled weather. Drizzle will continue on the Avalon. Central and portions of the west coast will see a couple of centimetres of snow.

The cooler air that sinks south today will make for a colder Sunday.
