Vandalism prompts closure of St. John's playground

Fox Avenue Playground in St. John's will be closed for the remainder of the weekend.

The City of St. John's announced on Saturday afternoon that the facility will be closed due to vandalism.

There was no information given on what had occurred at the park.

Repairs are underway.
